What Youll Do:

• Provide customer support in French, German, Dutch, Romanian, Polish, or Finnish for international clients.
• Assist clients via phone, chat, or email with inquiries, solutions, and technical support.
• Collaborate in dynamic environments (some roles require basic knowledge of digital marketing/web design).
• Ensure high-quality service aligned with client standards.

Who Were Looking For:

• Fluent in French, German, Dutch, Romanian, Polish, or Finnish (native or near-native level).
• Experience in customer service, contact centers, or digital marketing/web design (a plus for specific roles).
• Authorization to work in Portugal (EU ID, residence card, or valid visa).
