📍 Location

Greece (Remote or Onsite opportunities available depending on the project)

💼 Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in French via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver accurate information about products and services.
• Document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards.

✅ Requirements

• French: C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
• English: B2 level or higher
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Good computer skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
