About the Position
As a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers through inbound calls and emails.
You will assist customers with booking-related queries, changes, refunds, complaints, itineraries, prices, and flight-related information. You will also handle requests such as seat or meal selections and provide assistance with special travel situations.
The role involves working with booking and customer service systems while managing multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluent/native-level Swedish (C1 or above)
- Good level of English (B2 or above)
- Strong written communication skills
- High school diploma or college degree
- At least 6 months of customer care experience if you do not have a college degree
- Good PC and MS Office knowledge
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy
- Experience in airlines, travel, hospitality, or booking services is an advantage
- Familiarity with booking systems such as Amadeus is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails
- Assist with flight bookings, changes, and refunds
- Provide information about itineraries, prices, and flight rules
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with seat and meal selections
- Provide general flight and travel information
- Support customers during flight or airport disruptions
- Provide information regarding special assistance requests
- Use customer service and booking systems to manage customer interactions
- Maintain accurate and professional communication with customers
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 – 19:00
- No weekend shifts
