Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to device protection claims
• Process new claims and coordinate repairs efficiently
• Provide clear, accurate product information to customers

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native Swedish (C1) and good English
• Strong communication skills with clarity and empathy
• Comfortable working rotating shifts (10:00–23:00)
• Customer-service mindset and problem-solving attitude
