A well-established company in the medical devices industry is looking for a Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist to join its finance operations team in beautiful Porto, Portugal. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Oversee finance operations using ERP systems
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across AR/O2C workflows

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, including 2+ years in a lead role
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Workday)
• Fluent German and advanced English
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
