What You'll Do

• Support German-speaking customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland by phone, email and chat

• Record every interaction accurately in our CRM system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed
• Help deliver an excellent customer experience and meet quality targets

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C1 level or native), written and spoken
• Good English (B2 or higher)
• Clear communication and a patient, customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills (email, chat tools, Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to relocate to Romania and work on-site
• Experience in customer service, call center, sales or hospitality is a plus, not a must
