Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, or chat
• Handle customer questions and requests professionally
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow project procedures and quality standards
• Work effectively in an international environment

Requirements

• Fluent/native level in one of the following languages:
  Dutch
  German
  Danish
  Swedish
  Flemish
  Turkish

• Good level of English
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Motivation to work and live in an international environment
